Cambodia, Japan to sign US$ 2.1 mln grand aid for a road project
PHNOM PENH (The Cambodia Herald) -- Cambodia and Japan will sign the exchange of notes and record of discussion on the extension of grand aid up to US$ 2.1 million next week, according to a press release issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation on Wednesday.The grand aid agreement will be singed by Cambodia's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Hor Namhong and Japanese Ambassador to Cambodia, Yuji Kumamaru, on November 17 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
The fund will be used for the implementation of the project for improvement of the National Road No. 1 urban section.
